Briefly
With more than 15 years’ experience with digital configurations and projects, and an aptitude for digital platforms, I’m quick to master new programs, and I embrace learning new systems.
I always have the customer interest at heart, and my goal is to create holistic customer experiences, that gives great customer service, with minimal work for the customer. It is the same approach I have towards colleagues and partners. I want the people I meet to feel heard, seen and respected, I believe that will give us better results for all.
Communicating across departments is in my opinion key! Systematically sharing knowlege so everyone knows what is in the pipelines, using shared folders and emails keeps your company strong, even when employees go on vacation, take leave or quit.
Many of the projects I have worked on and introduced, have made every day tasks and user experiences easier and more effecient for both colleagues and customers. These are the types of projects that I love to work on!
Mid September 2024, I started as Ecommerce Manager for 101 Copenhagen.
101 Copenhagen is a Danish design brand founded in 2017.
With a vision to honor exquisite quality and craftsmanship, the collection encompasses furniture, lighting, and accessories in a timeless, yet modern design.
The design of 101 Copenhagen is firmly rooted in Scandinavian soil and nourished by Japanese minimalist aesthetics.
2019 - current position
My primary role involves planning, creating, and sharing content for Trollbeads HQ sites.
I push content I create to approximately 20 Trollbeads distributor sites, and provide the distributors tasks lists and guides and support their online efforts.
My responsibilities to begin with were creating content for static pages, events, and smaller product launches. The past two years I have assumed responsibility for all content on our HQ sites, including our main launches and front-page content.
I have managed content directly for various Trollbeads sites, primarily Denmark and the USA, and occasionally other countries when no distributor was in place, ranging from 6 months to a year.
Additionally, I conduct training sessions for Web Content Managers across our global markets and contribute to development projects for the site.

I have developed most of my digital acumen in roles at DR, Shamballa Jewels, and Trollbeads, where I managed communications and identified requirements for both internal and external stakeholders, including CEOs, producers, developers, employees, and management.
I bring extensive experience in coordinating cross-functional tasks, defining and prioritising backlogs, testing solutions, and assessing needs. While I am structured and proactive, I also value and enjoy building the relationships essential for successful results.
Digital Project Manager (1-year maternaty leave cover)
Implementing a new Umbraco based internal and external ordering system with a built in Jewelry designer. The system was reliant on information from the company stock and financial system - C5.
I was in close contact with the CEO, developers, employees and retailers. The project was mostly agile and as Product Owner we used Atlassians JIRA Kanbanboard to communicate with our developers.

Over the years at DR I have implemented many solutions to improve the efficiency of our office. One initiative I am particularly proud of was the digitization of the classical subscriptions for the DR Symfoni Orchestra. The result was that tickets were received immediately after purchase. In the process, we also managed to successfully eliminate invoicing for the subscription. This reduced a considerable amount of heavy administrative workload.
In 2011, I played a primary role in the implementation of a new ticketing system following an EU bid process at DR. The transition was marked by an engaging and highly successful implementation process, resulting in increased online sales.
As the key individual responsible for the ticketing system and the creation of the majority of concerts, subscriptions, and offers, I collaborated closely with internal and external stakeholders, including producers, marketing teams, orchestra executives, and developers. Additionally, I served as the primary liaison with the ticket system provider throughout most of my tenure at DR.
